Visitation Guidelines

Updated July 9, 2021
Effective July 10, 2021

Washington Care Center recognizes the serious effects isolation can have on the health and well-being of residents in longer term care (LTC) facilities. Washington Care Center is committed to supporting residents in maintaining social and emotional connections with friends and families during the COVID-19 health crisis. Washington Care Center will make every effort to accommodate requests for visits outside of regularly scheduled visitation hours but cannot guarantee the ability to accommodate all requests.

Washington Care Center may deny visitation rights at any time if staff believes circumstances pose a risk of transmitting COVID-19 into the facility because the resident or visitor(s) does not comply with any portion of this procedure and/or refuses to follow staff instruction related to infection prevention. Direct any questions or comments regarding this matter to the Administrator edensmore@golden2.haivantidev3.com.
